The day will include workshops, open mic, plus an opportunity for all of us to interact and share. Some of the workshops planned include:

Introduction to the McGuire Programme
Starfish Project
NLP (Mike Jones)
'In-Rhythm' (Mark Arram)
Approach-avoidance conflicts in relation to stammering (Steve Sheasby)
